Lighting Africa 2010

On May 18-20, 2010, Lighting Africa 2010 — the Second Global Business Conference for Off-Grid Lighting in Africa—will be held at the Safari Park Hotel in Nairobi, Kenya. Over 400 attendees participated in the first Conference held May 6-8, 2008, in Accra, Ghana and this event expects to draw an even greater attendance from across the African continent and around the world.
Expected attendees include representatives of the global lighting industry, private developers, energy service companies (ESCOs), equipment and service vendors, financial institutions, bilateral and multilateral organizations, senior policy makers, end users, academia, and others.
Lighting Africa 2010 will include:

• Premiere Off-Grid Lighting Trade Fair
• Business-to-business networking opportunities
• Lighting Africa Quality Assurance Product Awards Ceremony
