Angolan government intends to build 150 micro-hydroelectric projects, said Thursday the minister of Energy and Water, Emanuela Vieira Lopes. The Cabinet minister announced the fact at the opening of the first Broad Consultative Council of the Ministry of Energy and Water (Minea), going till Friday. The minister assured that so far the administrative procedures have already been concluded, but she would neither specify the localities to build the projects nor the time to start operating. According to Emanuela Vieira Lopes, the public tender to select the building company, among the first 40, will open soon.
